The Yorkshire Ring

All our products are made of golden silver, silver and, some of the times, on some very small details, brass. This way, we can assure our pieces look incredible for longer.

Some of the pieces have resin or a specific stone, to make it more special and fun.

If, for some reason, your golden silver loses it's color, even if you have been following our 'Care Instructions' bellow, you can e-mail us at luisanovaisjewellery@gmail.com and we can make sure your product looks brand new again, by giving it a bath.

Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. After the order’s processed and shipped, it will take them 1-3 days (National Orders) or 3-5 days (International Orders).

Theres also the possibility of picking up your order at our Oporto Showroom, every Friday, for free.

Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer. We undertake to carry out the procedures and prepare the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs procedure.

Our jewellery is resistant, yet delicate. Therefore, it is important to take care of them to protect them from damage and to maintain their color and shine for a longer time.

- Avoid contact with cosmetics or cleaning products;
- Handle the pieces with care, avoiding friction with other surfaces;
- Clean your pieces periodically with a soft cloth, soap, and water;
- Remove the pieces before any sports activities;
- Store the pieces carefully, keeping necklaces and bracelets separated to avoid tangling;
- When not wearing your pieces, keep them closed and as isolated from oxygen as possible.

How to know your Ring Size?

IMPORTANT: Almost all of our rings are adjustable (manually), so if you don’t know your exact size, don’t worry.

Just get an existing ring that fits comfortably on the finger you’re wanting the new ring for. Using a ruler, measure the inner diameter of your ring, then refer to our Ring Size Table below for the correct size.

If you don't find your size, don't worry because we do any size.
